• The candidate must be a citizen of India.
• The candidate must have passed the 10th class examination or its equivalent (under the 10+2 examination system) with a minimum of 50% marks, in the aggregate, from a recognized Board and also possess a National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or Provisional Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training / State Council for Vocational Training.
• The candidate must have a valid Aadhaar Card.
• The age limit for the candidate is 15 to 24 years as of 01/09/2023. There is a relaxation of the upper age limit for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen candidates as per government rules.
• The application fee for the candidate is Rs. 100/- for General/OBC/EWS candidates and no fee for SC/ST/PwD/Female candidates. The fee can be paid online through debit card/credit card/internet banking/UPI.
• The selection process for the candidate consists of a merit list based on the percentage of marks in matriculation and ITI in the relevant trade. There will be no written test or viva.
